You will also find motivation to achieve new goals with a wide range of guided workouts, mindfulness sessions, and familiar fitness features like Active Zone Minutes and built-in GPS. Fitbit is a part of the Google family, and you will need to use the Fitbit app with a compatible iPhone or Android device, as well as a Google account.

Enhance your workout routine with a Daily Readiness Score that indicates whether you should exercise or focus on recovery. This feature requires a Fitbit Premium membership and is compatible with Apple iOS 15 or higher and Android OS 9 or higher, with an operating temperature range of -10°C to +45°C and Bluetooth radio transceiver.

Receive a daily Stress Management Score that reflects your body's response to stress, and use the on-wrist EDA sensor to participate in mindfulness sessions to improve your stress levels. The band is available in two sizes: small (fits wrist 5.1"-6.7") and large (fits wrist 6.7"-8.3").
